Flexible in communicating via text to arrange for transportation home after dropping my vehicle off for service. Kept me updated along the way. The 3% surcharge for credit card usage with NO opportunity to write a personal check is a complete rip-off. Some people do not have/use debit cards. Land Rover can do better.
