Roman was geat. Listening and adressing my needs for my new GMC Sierra. I higly recomend him.
Brought my GMC Sierra in for oil change. Richard Smith was my service advisor. Needed oil change number two at 10000 miles, Rich guided me through process affirming need to include a tile rotation. All work was done on schedule including a wash. Great work, on schedule. with excellent support.
Richard Smith was an exceptional aid getting my CT6 in for service balancung needs with whatg GM Reqrds had to cover. My CT^ has ~73000 miles - LOVE IT - that naturly had several needs to get work done. Richard guieded me through it helping affirm what was needed while also getting whatever assistance my rewards had to offer. The work was done on time, getting my car back al ready to go.
