The dealership is clean. They are fairly friendly. When negotiating a price would like to deal with the person making decisions more. Would like more flexibility with the trade in and offering extras for the new vehicle. I wanted some steps thrown in for free. They r not expensive and it only takes an hour to install but they wanted to charge 2000 dollars.
Evan was awesome. This is our third vehicle from Jim Norton. Always feel heard and vauled.
My experience working with Scot Kik and Jim Norton Chevy was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Scot listened to us and asked questions to really understand what we needed and what we liked. He was genuine in his communication with us and never tried to "sell" us something we didn't want to buy. Scot worked until he found us the deal that fit us perfectly. The staff handling the details of the deal were impressive. The finance office was equally impressive. On a side note, the service department did some work for me on my previous vehicle (one purchased from a different dealership). The front-line service associates were so helpful and explained everything in a way I could understand. They communicated with me throughout the entire process and were transparent listing all of the options and costs. I highly recommend working with this dealership and I very highly recommend working with Scot Kik.
We’ve never done business with Jim Norton; but when I knew I had a friend that worked there, we stopped by to check out their used inventory. Evan was the BEST salesman I’ve ever dealt with in buying a vehicle. He went above and beyond to help get us in the right vehicle for my wife. We loved the sales manager as well and he helped us confirm we were making the right decision. I highly recommend going to see Evan when you need to buy a vehicle!
