I would like to thank my salesperson, Rai Arjun, aka AJ, for his excellent service in helping me find the vehicle I wanted. AJ introduced himself to me and said, "If you need any help, just let me know. I appreciated this approach it allowed me to decide whether I wanted to work with him or not. His low-key mannerism got him his eventual sale 😃. I stated to him my purpose for being at the dealership, and immediately he showed me two Highlanders. He gave me information on both vehicles and asked which one I wanted to test drive first? I think he could tell I was more partial to the first Highlander I test drove 😀. AJ once again went over the details of the 2025 SUV I had decided upon. He pointed out it was actually a better buy because of the extended warranty that came with it, at no cost to me, the low mileage (3,560) of the vehicle and that it was big enough for the kind of driving/errands I do. I really appreciate AJ's professionalism, it was all about him making the customer happy by insuring I received what I truly needed and wanted. After the sell was completed AJ made sure I understood if I had any concerns or questions after the sale, I should not hesitate to contact him or drop in at the dealership. We had never worked with anyone from Umansky Toyota. We saw on cars.com that a 2020 Subaru Limited was for sale. We went don to Milwaukee and met marc. We were very happy with him and the whole transaction of buying this SUV. It took only about a total of an hour and a half. We are very have with our new Subaru and was very happy with working with Marc. We definitely would buy another car from Marc and Umansky Toyota. Marc is an excellent salesperson! Joe and Mary Mares
Marc Brandofina has gone the extra mile for us with our last two vehicle purchases. We just purchased a 2026 Toyota Crown Limited and I wanted specific colors and trim. Inventory is very low for Crowns. There were only a few that matched my requests at dealerships in the entire country. Luckily, one was in Green Bay and Marc and Umansky doggedly pursued a trade with that dealership to get the one that I wanted. And after some negotiation, we got a price for our trade in that we were happy with.
Staff were friendly and welcoming, and did not feel comfortable sleeping a new car. They made the process easy too.
