I initially had a bad experience at Toyota of Tacoma when I financed my new car. The sales contract didn’t seem right and the extended warranty cost was much too high. After changing my mind and wanting to cancel the extra policies/contracts, even though I love my new Toyota, I had no intention of ever returning to buy another car from this location. I was lucky enough to run into Sarah Hager, a finance manager, and asked if she would speak to me about my contract. She took the time to listen to me, help me with the cancellation, and made sure there were no other issues, even offering to connect me with her manager if I wasn’t content with our interaction and printed out new copies of the sales contract because the old one was barely legible. Because of her, I would consider working with this location again.

Concord Fitten displayed excellent customer service and professionalism. Concord kept me updated with a used vehicle that came in earlier last week. He kept me updated on when it would be ready. Concord never pressured me or called me every 20 minutes. Never asking me to come in and look at some other vehicles. Unfortunately I did not purchase the vehicle from Larson Toyota of Tacoma. Very professional and welcoming dealership! The associates here are all very knowledgeable and ready to assist with all questions and concerns. This was my first experience picking out a car and setting up financing for it.
