Sal was great. Cordial. The place got to business and my car was ready before the end of the day. They didn’t try to stick me with false repairs either. It was straightforward and honest. If it’s always like that, I will go back.

Dealership offers attentive and good customer service. the only thing I noticed was that my new tire (due to flat) was a bit cheaper at the Sherman Oaks Dealership where I generally go for maintenance. Otherwise - the SM Dealer was fine.
