Excellent customer service with David (sales rep) and Steve (sales manager). David was great explaining all the features of my new Audi a5.
My repair was handled very professionally. Heather treated me like I was her most important customer. There was a minor dispute about how much the insurance co was going to pay. The claim was agreed to by everyone's satisfaction. The work was done promptly even though it was done over the 4th of July weekend. I was very impressed.
Megan and Leo were great from the start. I asked for something in specific and they were able to make it work for me.
