I was kept informed of the delays, prices for the add ones that they recommended. I liked the text communications with Alexandra. I got a list of recommendations on my phone while I waited and actually added on a cabin filter change. I'm not too excited about the prices charged for such a simple task but at least I was aware of it before the job was done and it didn't hit me as hard. The cashier was excellent. She was nice and prompt. They all knew I was there after a 12 hour shift and wanted to get me home so I could get some sleep.
