My husband and I visited LesterGlenn GMC on Nov 6th just to look at the Terrain 2026. Well needless to say we purchased it that same day. Our sales associate was Louis Bottone. Mr. Bottone was knowledgeable, polite, respectful, understanding, patient, helpful and above all he listened to our needs/concerns. I will be sending my daughter in February when her lease is up with Volkswagen and my son who is interested in a new car to Mr. Bottone. I must say I was expecting this dealership to be like all other dealers and used car salesmans’ however, this place proved me wrong. The gentleman in sales Lou Bottone was awesome. Finally someone who listens to you and actually gives you what you want instead of what they have or what they think you want. Financing made simple by their finance manager, Greg Harris.. There were a couple of issues that prevented me from signing right then and there, but thanks to the GM Jerry Taylor who assured me there was no hidden tricks and made the deal right. The 25 minute one-way trip to your dealership, made it all worth it thanks fellas.
