My overall experience was good. But I didn’t get a good teaching or training of how to use different features. As a result I still don’t know how to use different features of this new vehicle. I requested an appointment to go over the features again by Stan and waiting for confirmation.

The environment is very organized and clean. The employees are courteous and polite. Everyone greets you (even if they’re not directly dealing with you). The service is great and they move quickly to get you in and out! I also appreciate they offer you coffee and snacks while you wait! This dealership is awesome!!

Amanda was very helpful and professional during service appointment. Very knowledgeable and explained clearly what work needed to be done and which services was not needed. Was notified on the progress of the service and when it would be completed. The technician Ben, gave a very clear walk through of his inspection and any concern areas.

This is one of the best experiences I've ever had at a Dealership, if i had known that you get this kind of first Class treatment I've would have brought a Lexus years ago, and make sure you ask for The service guy Alex and the sales guy Chris
