What Others Say

Greenway CDJR of Anniston sent out a “You’re a Winner” mailer that turned out to be nothing more than a bait‑and‑switch. My scratch‑off matched their “winning code,” but the website didn’t verify anything — it immediately shoved me into an appointment scheduler. No prize, no confirmation, just a blatant attempt to lure customers into the dealership under false pretenses. And this isn’t an isolated incident. On October 17, 2024, their Finance Manager, Sybrina Moore, withheld critical sales documents from us — documents we were legally entitled to receive — which resulted in an FTC complaint against both the dealership and their corporate office in Orlando. Thankfully, she is no longer employed, but clearly the dealership’s behavior hasn’t changed. This place has a pattern of misleading promotions and questionable conduct. Customers deserve honesty, not tricks. Proceed with extreme caution.

Quoted one price and final bill another price in service department with an 800 percent increase.

I recently had my Chrysler serviced at Greenway Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Anniston. On my invoice, the service department charged me a “Documentation Fee.” This is something that I did not agree to nor did I know about until I went to pay. There was not an option to decline. This fee is misleading and deceptive for several reasons: 1. It implies that customers must pay extra for record-keeping when dealerships are already legally required to maintain service documentation. Customers should not be charged an extra fee for this. 2. This type of fee is typically associated with vehicle sales, not routine services. It is a fee for an unrelated service. 3. The presentation of the fee when it was questioned suggested it was mandatory by federal law, and it would be illegal to not have it, which is deceptive. The wording was very carefully skirting around their knowledge of what exactly would be a lie. I am very aware that it's mandatory (for them) at a federal level to keep records. But not mandatory for the customer to pay a fee for any reason they are at the dealership. This business practice violated consumer protection standards. It also violates Alabama's Deceptive Trade Practices Act.

!!!WARNING - FINANCE DEPARTMENT IS A JOKE - BEWARE!!! If I could give zero stars on the Finance Department, I would. Bought a Grand Cherokee L in October. Finance lady, Sybrina Moore, was VERY unprofessional. She even refused to provide electronic copies of the ENTIRE sales folder, upon request (we only got partial copies of documents; consumer protection law violation here). Missing documents include a non-secure POA for the purchase and another for the trade-in; only got the secure POA for the trade-in. Also missing was the first set of odometer forms (got the second set, though). And we were even cheated into buying an appearance protection contract without our consent. Then, she claimed that ALVIN (the title system here in Alabama) was down at the time, and we requested she email the title application to us. She took her sweet time, and we had to resort going back to the dealership in person the following Monday to sign the title application. I hope she gets fired. Salesman was nice and professional, though. However, we will NEVER buy from this dealership EVER again! If anyone here who is going to deal with the finance department reads this, beware! I really hope this dealership shuts down, or someone local buys them out. To elaborate what happened in the finance department, the finance lady did give us a USB with electronic copies of documents. While she was preparing the USB, I told her to select ALL documents that were listed on the computer screen. She did. Then, to my surprise, she started de-selecting certain documents. I told her not to do that, and then she rudely told me she was not allowed to provide copies of certain documents, even though they had our signatures on them. I figured out what was missing on the flash drive: a electronically signed Credit Application, the first set of Odometer forms (we signed two sets for both purchase and trade-in; that makes a total of 4; we were only provided copies of the second set), and non-secure POAs for both purchase and trade-in (we only got the secure version for the trade-in on the USB). After researching consumer protection laws, I’ve determined that this was a violation of the law, and I had filed an FTC complaint on this incident. I know for a fact that the other dealership I go to (C.A. Russell Ford) is more willing to provide copies of an entire sales jacket, whether paper or electronic, and are very honest and professional. So, to anyone buying a vehicle at Greenway…BEWARE! This dealership group (HQ’d in Orlando) are a bunch of CRIMINALS!

I have the worst experience with this place. They took almost 3 weeks to repair minor issue on my 2022 Chrysler minivan and over charged me. First time they did do any repairs and next day I stuck middle of the road with same issue again. I don't think this place have any knowledge and repair experience. Do not trust this place and I also complaint to main Chrysler office for this location.

I have been going to this dealership for years! I take my challenger, that I also bought from Chrysler, for any needs and the service techs always solve it and the sales people always make sure I don’t want to trade in or anything! It’s a great environment and they’re always on top to tell you updates and length of times for waiting so you’re comfortable either in the waiting area or your home. I was there last week and waited an hour or 2 and the staff was so great with my 1-year old and making me feel welcomed plus my car was fixed up perfectly. I’ve seen personally, service techs come and get the guests to update them on their vehicle so they know what’s going on each step of the way on every service. I was also shown this app to help pay what I owed in monthly installments and in today’s economy that is a lifesaver. You and your vehicle should want to be cared for properly by real everyday people and with that being said I recommend this shop/dealership all day long! :)
