About Bob: Five stars - I called before arriving and Bob met me at the door. Bob was very easy to work with, personable and very pleasant. He got us into the car for a test drive really quick and took good care of us while we waited to pay. Bob did a good job at juggling multiple customers at once. About Lexus of Brookfield: 3 stars - I get it was a busy Saturday and that they had many customers purchasing but we had to wait longer than expected. We were there for almost four hours and wrote a check so a faster transaction than financing. Nice facility but a little underwhelming compared to some other dealers. I'd expect a luxury car dealer to have a better lounge area. I did not trade in my car but was curious as to what ballpark they'd give on trade. Coming from an hour away I didn't want to bring it if I didn't have to. I was told that they'd text me to get the VIN, which didn't happen. I called back. I was told I would get a call back but I ended up having to call again. I ended up calling a at least three times.
