Made service appt online for my free 5k tire rotation. Got a brand new loaner to drive around while they were working on my car. No complaints.

All staff I worked with at the new car place were very friendly and honest people. Felt like I actually mattered and they weren’t trying to take advantage of me like other dealers have done in the past.

Bought a used car here from Nick Bengal and started having engine problems 3 months after purchase. Took it in to get it serviced and they had the car for 3 weeks and said they couldn't do anything about it. It took many phone calls and attorney threats for them to get me any kind of answer. $1800 later and I have to take it to a different dealership to get it fixed. Don't ever buy a car from here if you want easy service. They dont care about their pre owned customers

Very easy to schedule service, and picks up my car at my house which is almost 30 min away for free. Andrew is great to work with.

They were to match a dealership further a way no problem. Manager Ben was very nice and introduced himself and gave us a gift!

Had a great experience, very nice people. Will be buying all my Lexus cars only here.
