I purchased a car from 2000 miles away from this dealership. Saida Pizarro was fantastic to deal with. Every detail was exactly as he described with no surprises. He did everything I asked of him with regard to the purchase, and arranging for transportation of the vehicle. No detail was missed, and more importantly, no surprises were encountered. It was a completely hassle free buying experience. I would not hesitate to buy from him again. He was far superior to my local dealer, and I would encourage anyone to buy a car from him.
The staff who helped us was very professional and gave us a great service. Eric Lewis was a fantastic sales consultant and understood our needs perfectly.. TJ, the finance manager, worked very diligently and David Vallejo, delivery coordinator, helped us navigate our new car with excellent tips. We got a nice loaner car until we received the new car. Thanks for making things easier during the htransition.
