James was EXCELLENT at helping us program our new car. We have owned Lexuses for 30 years, but all the new gizmos & computerized things in the new car were confusing to us. James was great at getting us comfortable with what had seemed at first to be a huge learning curve. We are truly grateful for his patient and clear guidance.
We have been dealing with Lexus of Greenwich for about 30 years and have bought and also leased many cars from them. Our last car was from the pre-owned division and so was this car. This experience proved again that the people you have working in the Lexus pre-owned division are absolutely excellent. We are pleased with our selection and appreciate all the help you have given us with the complicated new digital stuff we have to try to master.
Excellent customer service from Ernest Gurdak - really went above and beyond for us coming from out of state, even offering to pick up from the airport. Hard to find these days.
Our experience at DARCARS was excellent. Everyone should learn customer service from George Thomas. He was professional, kind and courteous. He knows his cars and helped us find the one that will work best for our needs. Who knew buying cars can be a pleasure when done properly?
