I came in with a battery overheating challenge with my 2022 Lexus, and they kept it for more than a few days trying to figure it out. I called Phong and told him that I would take my Lexus back and see if it happens again, and I must say the communication with Phoung and the Service Specialist is nothing short of exceptional. Though we may be still working on it. I feel like they’ve got my back. You can’t go wrong with Lexus of Oxnard’s Service Department !!!
