I had a wonderful experience purchasing my Lexus .. the entire process was smooth n stress free and the service from Louis was excellent from start to finish.
Alvin and Louis are taking care of me. They are professional and patient especially Alvin, his after sale service is awesome. As a result, I got positive experience with them. By the way, I had uncomfortable responses with Jennifer and feel looked down on me when I talked to her neighbor, Andy. She was turning her face towards the opposite side of me at least two times. Her facial expression was making me not welcome.
My overall experience with buying my Lexus was very positive. Friendly and courteous staff. Very pleasant service. Clear explanation of the process, the vehicle, the options, and the pricing.
