Ussa was great. He spent time with me, showed me my options, and encouraged me to do a test drive even when I was honest that my purchase was likely 6 weeks away. When I was ready and reached back out, he responded and found me the car I wanted and kept in touch with me about timing and delivery. He was very responsive leading up to the purchase and was helpful teaching me about all of the features when I picked it up! I definitely recommend working with him.

Ussa was great to work with. Tossed in some free upgraded floor mats and took the time to install them himself. Cat was spotless with a full tank when I picked it up. I went in with a number in mind and it didn’t take a ton of back and forth to get there. I could have pushed for more off the car but honestly the price was what I considered fair almost immediately. I expect going forward that the quality of the dealership will remain the same and would recommend it for the short list if someone was looking for a Lexus.
