My car was towed to Lia for service. Joseph Figueiredo called me when my car arrived on the lot. He spoke with me and was upfront letting me know that it would be two days before anyone would look at the car and that he would call me when there was a diagnosis. He was professional and I was very impressed with his service. I did get a call in two days that my car was ready to be picked up.
