We met Joe H last yr when we were looking for a van but decided to wait. Even tho he wasnt making a sale, gave us great cust svc. In Jan we went in to buy and if it werent for Joe, dont think it wouldve been possible- Joe made it happen! He also spent an hr with us on another day helping figure out the technology/car play etc. After decades w/ Lia Honda, we were glad to be able to stay in Lia Group. Great job Joe!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience and my car salesman, Kelly P. As a young woman who was buying a car in a mostly male dominant field, I was very nervous and apprehensive. The biggest blessing was Kelly. His patience, his demeanor, and knowledge were all impeccable. I cannot rave enough about him. He was extremely thorough and professional but most of all, kind. I truly cannot emphasize on how amazing he made the whole experience of this process be. He was the complete opposite of an abrasive salesman. It’s a big deal buying a car, and he knew how important it was for me. I will always recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to go to Lia and ask for Kelly P. If I could give a 10 star rating I would because he deserves that. I hope he receives the type of recognition he deserves after making this whole experience feel so easy.

I rated this Service Center (five stars) basically because the service advisor, Art Palazzolo, was professional, knowledgeable and customer focused. He greeted me as soon as I came in for my appointment, understood my concerns and kept me posted on the progress. I suggest the management of Lia Toyota take a look at their service prices. Based on my experience of getting my car serviced in the higher cost of living Boston area (which I've traveled to quite frequently), Lia Toyota prices seem to be even higher in comparison. Wait for coupons or specials, if you can. Overall, five stars for Art Palazzolo and the above suggestion for management.

Service advisor Nicholas Mucha, along with the service technicians, continue to provide outstanding customer service and vehicle support. I appreciate their attention to detail as well as providing information about upcoming maintenance needs.
