1. This Dealer rater survey is terrible. Have attempted 3 times on phone app only to be shut out. 25 year customer and feel the last couple years service quality has decreased. In the past all of my ratings have always been 5 star. Present 2025 Pilot and has been disappointing as well. Most recently I had to replace the brake rotors at 32K. Told they over heated. I have not changed my driving habits so I am unsure how that could of happened due to driver error. Other issues wheel bearing, replacement and wheel alinement.
