What Others Say

I emailed them a total of four times, two times for two cars. I asked for detailed information about both cars. I listed each detail wanted. In each reply I was asked for my phone number and a good time to chat about the car. I replied via email, explaining that I would CALL after my questions were answered. I got no reply either time. I think on the first one I even sent one more email seeking answers. Nothing. The cars were both a shade over ten thousand dollars. I should have called the manager, and still may. One more thing: I had cash, no trade-in, no muss or fuss; just two idiots, one named Max ( I think ) who left an easy commission on the table. Their boss would be SO proud. M Neylon
