I couldn't be more happy with my experience buying my first ever, "new" car from Tom Deluca! He was THE TOPS! The experience from beginning to end was truly hassle free and I got the car I wanted that happened to fall into place at the right time! Tom gets a big shout out because he gave it to me straight and made buying the car very simple and stress free! From the minute I expressed interest in the car to walking out with the keys in my hand, his PATIENT, kind, professional demeanor, and great personality, made me feel very happy to make the purchase! When I said he was straight forward, I asked him at one point what he saw me doing with the car. He told me "I see you buying it!", because I think he knew I was already pleased with the look, feel, drive, etc. with the car. Could this have been some "tactical advantage" for him to sell me the car when he saw me quite pleased, giving away my hand?! I say it doesn't matter because he could tell what I was looking for and needed, and he pushed me in the right direction to make such a big decision! And there was zero pressure to do so. He just nudged me in the right direction with what he said! So, rambling aside, for the future, I am sold on Subaru, Liberty Subaru, and most of all, Tom Deluca! Oh, and the car is great too!!! This is my 7th Liberty Subaru since 1982 and 5th direct purchase! Chris showed me the perfect replacement vehicle for my 14 year old Forester!
