I have purchased MANY vehicles from you...was very disappointed in the fact that 4 weeks prior I had the same issue and after you having my vehicle all week you could not diagnose and fix it! I was again stranded this time with 2 young children! I suggested the starter the first time & was dismissed! We have been loyal to Lima Auto Mall for a very long time! Please do better in that regard!

They got my car done pretty fast, which I was surprised. I expected to be there longer, but it’s an oil change and rotation of the tires so I was like shocked but impressed because they are way faster than Raabe Ford.
