this dealership has been trying to avoid fixing my car for months not each time I bring it in. They say they can’t find the issue and now the service department manager had gotten fired so now the operations manager is in place and he has been trying to “” work with me on getting my car fixed and get all my problems addressed, including trying to pull a fast one on me and offer me tires that are $60 apiece and trying to tell me that they are premium tires but they are not. They have a terrible rating. You can buy them at Walmart. The only reason they offered me these tires is because I asked for an alignment. One of the guys in the service department said he would not recommend an alignment at this time because it wasn’t that far out of alignment, but then not even a month later when I brought my car back for another issue one of the service techs in the back said that he would recommend an alignment because my car is out of tow and all my tires are getting unevenly worn on the edges. So now Mazda of clearwater is on the hook for not doing an alignment when I asked them for one and it was shot down so now I have prematurely worn tires bought my car with 2200 miles on it. My car now has 14,000 miles on it not a lot of miles on tires which are supposed to last upward to 50 to 60,000 miles and even on top of offering me these cheap tires they were trying to get me to pay for the alignment so I will not take any of my bad reviews down until they give me a premium tire comparable to the premium tire Bridgestone’s. I have on my car now. They also keep updating and changing their reply under my review on Google.

This is my me and my wife's third buying experience from Mazda (two from the previous location, now one from the Clearwater location), and this time was no different. Every time, the dealership staff has been a very pleasant, low pressure, and worked hard to get the right car at a price that works for us. Nate was a great salesperson and listened to our needs and worked to find the right vehicle for us when we didn't know if we could afford what we really wanted. The finance and management team did everything they could to get us in a price range that we could afford. We will definitely be back and will recommend others for sure!

I had been shopping for an MX 5 convertible for a while. Glenda Otano made it happen! She was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She got right to the point with showing me the car and working out the very best price, Pam in finance was great. She quickly went through the features and benefits of the different warranties, helped us sign the documents, and we were out of there with a beautiful, freshly detailed car, and a smile on our face in short order. I this would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Mazda of Clearwater operates more like a family operation in that each member works hand in hand to provide quality care in each facet of the purchasing process within a very reasonable amount of time. While there is no comparison to the BMW’s power, its drive and handling, I am enjoying the additional safety features and the ease in which I can place my grandson into the new 2025 CX5 Premium Plus SUV. I love my CX5 for its luxury and comfort and it allows me to still drive with confidence and authority.
