My auto was registering a check engine light & I was able to book a very convenient & prompt appointment. Will, who took care of the process from start to finish has very good people/customer service skills. His temperament & communication skills are excellent. He explained what work would need to be done & what work may need to be done without freaking me out over cost. Status of repairs & health of vehicle reported in timely manner. Vehicle was ready when promised. All done on a Saturday, when department was operating on a skeleton crew.
