Generally very smooth. Reasonably priced, responsive throughout the process. The only downside was the typical long, drawn-out process of waiting for them to do the paperwork.

It was a very long day but Sarah didn't give up on us. She managed to get us into a car. This is our second time working with Sarah. She always made sure we were comfy and didn't need anything while we were waiting. She played with our 7 week old and made sure we weren't too bored. I would come back time after time and recommend her to anyone I know who is interested in purchasing a vehicle!!! She's awesome!
