Fred was very friendly when I arrived. He bantered freely and easily with me and my family. There was no need to haggle. Fred began the interaction with a more than fair price. He went out of his way to provide a list of car options within my given price range. His awareness of the inventory on site and expert knowledge lead me to a great opportunity. I planned on visiting multiple dealerships. Fred made the decision easy. I turned the car around and went back. Fred made the rest of the purchase process painless.
