Michael Kim is the most honest, straightforward, and easy to deal with salesperson ever! I was referred to him when I was in search for an impossible to find Toyota. He was up front on how long the wait list would be and what to expect. I was mistakenly skeptical to think there would be last minute mandatory price add-ons since most dealers were selling the car I was looking for at 3-4k markup or "deal installed" paint protection. There were no extra charges, just straight sticker rounded a tiny bit LOWER :). No pressured up-charges or anything beyond the price sheet emailed to me after the vehicle was in transit. I definitely recommend LONGO and understand now why they are the largest volume Toyota dealer in the country.
