Isaac Banos was terrific! The test drive appt was easy to set up. He was very patient and informative with all aspects of sale including driving me to Wells Fargo to expedite check. it was not stressful at all and I am very pleased with the Toyota Camry and Longo Toyota.

I live in the South Bay area and after disappointing price negotiations with the local dealerships near me, I decided to take the 80 mile round trip drive to Longo Toyota to explore more options. The sales manager representative (Iris Huang) with whom I interacted was polite, pleasant, professional, soft-spoken, and patiently/unhurriedly answered all my questions and took the required time to explain the mechanics and functionality of my first EV. The dealership management met my expectations in offering the best price for a new 2026 bZ XLE EV. Additionally, the dealership was spacious, well-lit, well-ventilated, with plenty of space between the seating areas. I was pleasantly surprised to see fully staffed AAA office, Starbucks, and Subway stores right inside the dealership. Overall, I was quite satisfied, and the long trip was well-worth it.
