Great dealership to work with, fair prices for what you’re getting. Car drives nice and feels safe. No added crazy fees. Would go there again. Fred Williams was a pleasure to work with and not a high pressure salesperson and definitely not your typical used car sales guy. :)
My husband and I had a great experience buying a car with Isaac. We had tried to purchase a pre owned Toyota through a different dealership and had an awful experience (a hidden accessory fee of $4k that wasn’t mentioned until after our credit was ran). We ended up walking away and decided to go back to Longo, where I had purchased my last two vehicles. I’m so glad we did. We arrived about an hour before closing (we don’t live close by) but Isaac never made us feel rushed or pressured. He showed us the complete price breakdown, car fax, and inspection information before moving forward. He was very knowledgeable and made the whole process very smooth. Thank you, Isaac!

My 2012 Camry came in on a flat-bed. I din't know what the problem was, but it wouldn't start. So Biagio took it from there. From diagnosis to repair (new battery) he helped me out & set up a rental. I was able to pick-up at 5pm! Great service -- I have 2 Toyotas and always get my service at Longo.
Great service! I was helped by Ariel and she explained the service to me very well and let me know of where the stores are so that I did not just have to wait in the waiting room for my vehicle. I received my vehicle at the time I was promised!
