I am delighted to say that this is my 6th Toyota Camry. These automobiles have been “the best” I have had the pleasure of driving. They required routine maintenance and nothing in addition, which makes them very dependable and affordable. Moreover, the Longo Toyota dealership exceeds all previous dealerships in over-the-top customer service. Alex Ayala in the Service Department is most definitely an asset to the company. Not only did he greet me with a warm friendly smile, he also kept me informed of the process of my car while I was waiting in the lobby, which is very comfortable. Excellent service. Vehicle is always ready in a timely fashion. They have a shuttle service if they need to keep the vehicle for service. Service advisors are very helpful, professional, and show a true interest in customer's concerns about their vehicle.

He got my car in, kept me posted on the progress via text/call, and had me back on the road exactly when he promised. Visiting Longo Toyota is an experience like no other. As a business owner, I truly appreciate an organization that operates with such high-level systems—it really is like a small city. It’s incredible that they have a Starbucks and a Subway right inside; it made the entire process so much more comfortable. The highlight of the visit was working with Jose Del Solar.
