What Others Say

The worst experience of any place I’ve ever been especially the manager Josh he gave me the runaround for months. My car was in the dealership for over four months. They never fixed anything that was wrong. Charged me thousands of hours then told me they couldn’t even fix the problem that they finally found at the very end told me to go to a different dealership terrible people terrible experience would never recommend them. They are horrible.

Just wanted to give Mr. Coby Nathaniel his props. He was very helpful, knowledgeable. He has one of the best communication skills that I’ve seen in a long time. Mr. & Mrs Anthony Shannon.

Their service dept is incompetent. No communication with their customers unless it is to try and sell extra services. Dropped my truck off for my 8:30 appointment to change 1 glow plug which is a 30 minute job. At 2:15 I was told it was being worked on and will be done soon. I called the dealership and service advisor 3 times with no answer around 4pm. Drove to the dealership at 5pm and my truck was still in the shop and wasn't done. This isn't the first time I have had issues with their service dept. It will be the last time though because I am not bringing any service work to them again. I am planning to order a new 3500hd diesel in January and after these issues I will not be purchasing it from this lou fusz dealership. Quite honestly I won't buy from any lou fusz dealership again.

i went to look at a new car. Coby was awesome. explained everything about the car and made the experience very pleasant.

I took my classic Camaro to this dealership for an oil change and a state safety inspection. It does not require emissions due to it's age. I told them upfront I had removed the cat and ran dual exhaust. They still did the inspection and failed it for such. Now it's in the system so I can't get it to pass and will have to switch to historic plates. Secondly, when I got the car back, the floor mat was full of greasy foot prints and the paint had greasy hand prints all over it. I keep a very tidy car so this was quite upsetting. Lastly, the advisor was rude and did not even thank me for my business. Never, ever again will I deal with any Fusz in any facet of the car business.

UPDATE BELOW My 2024 Chevy Equinox EV, leaks water around the OnStar buttons, there is also heavy condensation and mist on the windshield inside the vehicle, along with water beads up and down the pillar when it rains. I took my vehicle into Lou Fuze Chevrolet twice recently in Saint Peters, Missouri. 2 service advisors at this dealership have witnessed the issues with the water and watched videos of the water dripping, water puddled in and around cup holders and wet pillar they, yet cannot figure out where the water and moisture is coming from. I was told that if I bring it back again, I will be charged. Yes, you heard me right. A brand new vehicle with 4600 miles on it. And this is how they treat customers at Lou Fuze Chevrolet. I asked my service advisor (Scotty Barnes) for the next steps on what to do next and he told me that he did not know what to tell me but if I bring it back again, I will be charged. I don't know what the problem is with this service advisor but he has a real chip on his shoulders and a horrible attitude and talks to customers like they don't need them. The dealership and the service manager did not reach out to me and have not tried to do anything to help me remedy this situation. But wanted to make it absolutely clear that if I come back for the same problem, I will have to pay. AGAIN FOR A BRAND NEW VEHICLE. Another one of the other service advisors, by the name of Michael, pulled me aside and stated that he would talk to the service manager and asked him to call me to discuss other options and the next step, well needless to say this never happened. The customer service was absolutely horrible. As of today, May 8th I have not been contacted, buy the dealership. Update: On May 6, 2025 I took my vehicle into Pogue Chevrolet, here in Wentzville, and within 5 minutes they did the TSB (Tech Service Bulletin) search and found the answer to the problem. THEY NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT MY CAR AT POGUE, BUT THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO. NOW THE PART IS ON ORDER. This is the first thing, a good technician would have done. I still have not heard anything back from the dealership. THANK YOU POKE CHEVROLET GREAT JOB!!! See attached TSB BELOW Apparently, General Motors has been well aware of this specific issue since at least October 2024.
