Curtis Ford & Cory Ford did a sensational job helping me. 1st Class service. The Best! I am leaving for a 12 hour drive and the light came on to get my oil changed. Without any hesitation, Curtis - Service Manager took me right in and made sure my car was in tip top shape before my road trip. They rotated my tires, checked the car totally and I drove away with a clean shiny car, new windshield wipers, new battery and feeling like the Most Important Person in the World. After I sent an email inquiry about a truck advertised on their website, Richard Martinez promptly replied with the information I had requested and quoted me a fantastic price. Subsequently I drove 250 miles from Long Island to complete the transaction. When I told Richard what my preferences were, he quickly located the exact F150 I was looking for and drove more than 200 miles to pick it up and deliver it quickly. I received no pressure from F&I department and Justin King handled complicated out of state registration efficiently. I had an exceptional sales experience and I highly recommend this family owned dealership.
Daniel Brito, assisted me today with a software issue I was having with my Lincoln. I bought a laptop, lunch and battery charger with me, I thought I 'd be waiting until closing time to get my vehicle fixed. To my surprise, Dan handled my service work like a true professional, it was very apparent Dan was actively listening to my concerns. He followed up with the work being done and saw that everything needed was fixed in less than an hour. I was truly delighted with Dan's professionalism, friendliness and his attention to detail. My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Jeff Erlich at Apple Ford, and I have to say, the experience was better than I ever could have imagined. I started off just wanting to look at a Ford Bronco to get a feel for its features compared to other cars. I was honest with Jeff that I wasn’t sure I would end up buying a Bronco and that I had other vehicles I wanted to look at as well. Jeff was never pushy, never dismissive, and simply was excited to show me what the Bronco could offer. I left that night never feeling pushed to make a decision, but also very excited about the features of the Bronco and knowing that if I was getting a Bronco, I was going to work with Jeff. Jeff called me a few days later to follow up, I informed him that I had done my research, and we started talking about how to get the Bronco I was looking for. We ended up finding it about 50 miles away, and Jeff looked over every feature to ensure it was what I wanted. We ended up getting the Bronco brought to Apple Ford so I could take advantage of their “Customer for Life” program. We worked with Dylan in their financing department and were able to reach a really great situation for us. Despite it being the end of the day we never felt rushed, and always felt as if he was more than willing to answer all of our questions. I have never worked with a dealership that was as honest and upfront as Apple Ford. I took delivery of my Bronco, and continued to hear from Jeff to see how it’s going and if everything is alright. I was blown away, 5/5 stars.
