They do not communicate with potential buyers . I gave up and decided my business wasn't important enough
Prompt response. Able to answer basic questions from far away on title. Knowledge of the specs as well. Polite and kind. Not pushy.
It felt like I was being lied to clumsily and without any regard for my thoughts or feelings. I asked "joe" if I put 2k down (on a 8k car) what my payment would look like and without a half second of delay he answered 390$. Why would I pay 390$ on a car with only 6k to finance? He said the term length, when pressed, was less than 3 years. I would hope so because at three years at 390$ I would be paying nearly double the asking price.
Reached out regarding a car that had info not matching pics. I live 2 hours away and wanted to verify info before o made a trip. They didnt have the common courtesy of responding.
