From beginning to end, the entire transaction was handled professionally, transparently, and with genuine attention to what we wanted. Our salesperson, Rudy Dion, was terrific. We were looking for a very specific model, color, and combination of features that wasn’t easy to find. Rudy and sales manager Mike Diblasi listened carefully to what we were looking for and searched the area until they found the right vehicle. They worked with another dealership to get it for us within just a few days rather than trying to convince us to settle for something else. Rudy’s communication throughout the process was exceptional. From our first visit until we drove our new Forester home, he kept us updated, called when he had new information, and responded to every email, text, and phone call, usually within an hour or so. Even after the sale, he continued to check in to make sure we were happy with the car and to see if we had any questions. The finance portion of the purchase was also transparent, straightforward, and very fair. We never felt pressured or surprised by anything. We love our new Forester, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience at Ira Subaru. We would absolutely recommend the dealership, and especially Rudy Dion, to anyone shopping for a Subaru.
