I had an amazing experience purchasing my Hyundai Palisade ! Austin was my salesperson and was so accommodating and patient with all of my questions ! He even let us take it home to see if it would fit in the Garage space ! The Test drive was so easy and my friend and I got to try it out ! The staff is so kind and Is a top priority ! They filled the take up and started the car and had it running for all test drives ! The General Manager Tom was so fun and helpful ! The price and quality of the suv and the deals and warranty really swayed my decision to purchase! The finance department was so efficient and professional! 5 STAR rating for sure !! I was initially interested in a Palisade a year ago or longer, but a certain dealership, seemed to not work hard for our business locally. Then went to a dealership to try and do a test drive in the Twin Cities, and St Cloud, but no new Palisades to try. We were looking at another dealership locally, different company/brand/Ford, but just did not feel right. Driving past Hyundai, we spotted an older model at our local dealership, went in, and test drove the 2021 Calligraphy, thought it was good, but did not need the Calligraphy and would settle for levels 1-3. Happen to have an individual bail out of their 2023 XRT. Now, that felt right. Eric was not the individual we spoke to a year ago, nor did the experience even resemble how we were treated in the past. He was completely there to help us, and a week later, we drove off with our new 2023 XRT Palisade. This is better than the 2021 Calligraphy that we test drove. I would recommend the Hermantown dealership following this experience. It was coincidence that we returned, and happy that we did.
