Chris Hayden gave me excellent customer service. I truly appreciate has kindness and swiftness towards resolving the issue with my vehicle by simultaneously placing me in a loaner no questions asked and advising me of my power train warranty. He also appears to be a family man as I am a mother to 5 with 3 in car seats. I highly recommend his service. Hopefully I won’t have any more issues but if I do I know who I’m requesting!
Everyone was great! Not sure who Branden York is? Anthony Velasco did my finance, and it was a smooth process. Hats off to Esperanza, I have walked away from several sales people over the last year over there unprofesionalism & inability to listen (not at this Dealer). With that said. Esperanza without doubt is on her way to become a rising star!!!
