A little disappointed. When I scheduled the appointment I asked for 11:00 am which I was given. However, after dropping my car off, the work did not begin until 1:00 pm. I would have preferred to have been told that 11:00 was unavailable and that 1;00 pm was available. Not a huge deal, but I could have made other use of those 2-hours.
