They worked well with my service provider, gave me a discount which I am very grateful for. Only issue was time without a car but there was 3 business involved.

I like first come first served and opening at 7am Was going to get tires rotated but he said that they were wearing evenly so he saved me money
Made an appointment for 8 am, they said about 5 hours. Called at 12:30 and they hadn't started it yet. He could have told us to come at 1:30 if it wasn't going to be done by then. He didn't tell us until later that 8 was just the drop off time, not when they would be working on it.
No problems Fixed recalled vehicle per fords repair stipulation and gave vehicle back to us on the time that was agreed upon
