Great customer service, good follow up and keeping me in the loop . Easy to reach
Brought my Silverado EV in because it was not doing its over the air updates and it had a few recalls. The appointment took 5 hours which seemed excessive. It’s frustrating you pay top dollar for a vehicle and to learn a few of the updates were prior to purchasing the vehicle is frustrating. If it would haven been updated upon purchase maybe it would have been able to do over the air updates as it should be. Waiting area had coffee and some snacks, which was nice. Other dealers I have used in the past offered water and soft drinks as well as donuts. This would have been nice, 5 hours waiting for the car another option would be nice. Staff were nice and kept me informed as to when the vehicle would be done.

Sharon Keen was my service rep. She was very explanatory with what I needed. The service was very quick and thorough. All my needs were met, and my time was valued. Sharon was very easy to work with and her personality was so pleasant.
I have always gotten top notch service when taking my personal vehicles to Davis. I also took work vehicles to Davis prior to retiring again in 2023.
The dealership was easy to work with, transparent, and provided excellent communication throughout the entire process. We purchased from Tennessee, so a little unorthodox with the texting communication, but Juan was fantastic. He sent us a video tour of the car and was very personable and relatable. We may not have been sold without Juan’s interactions. He’s great.
