Great service, but offered too many add ons. I did enjoy the free coffee when waiting in the seated area.

I'll gave BRYCE All 5 Stars: We have been very loyal Maita Customers since 2008; during that time we have only had a grand total of (4) four Service Advisors. One has retired, one is now is a different Maita position and the other two are in Service Dept Management Positions at Maita. My new Service Advisor is now Bryce Shibata. He is a very energetic, well versed Toyota guy who has excellent Customer Service Skills (kinda like the previous 4 Service Advisors). I prefer to deal with the same person each time I come there so that person has a good working knowledge of our individual vehicles. Bryce is exactly what I needed and he was hand picked by my previous Advisors. That made for a seamless transition!!!!!" "I am very happy Bryce Shibata is my new Service Advisor!!"
