Great car, good price, Friendly people, As usual took too long for paperwork. Overall good experience
The advisor called Mario leak of service knowledge . Didn’t have any reminder of my car, it’s the second time we meet Not professional at all.
My register clerk wasn’t great at explaining things so I don’t ask her much questions. Otherwise, it would have been better.
I always get good service from Toyota Miata compared to other Toyota dealership. But I wonder my recent service wasn’t as good as the past. But still prefer to have my car service at this dealership. My rating is based on my recent service experience.
Very well organized, clean & comfortable waiting area plus great snack bar. Got my car much more quickly than I expected with no work needed or extra charges. I use a walker & many employees offered to assist me. Very helpful & polite.
