What Others Say

everything went well. staff was always very helpful and area was clean. This minimum responds is it really necessary?

They always get me in and out. The waiting area is always clean. Staff is always very helpful

Bryce really took care of my Prius on the last visit to Maita Toyota. He reviewed my battery after its diagnostic and was very helpful in having it replaced under warranty. Bryce took extra time to help my family and I to have the performance that Toyota expects out of it's vehicles. His communication was clear, prompt, detailed, and made all of the difference in helping me understand the situation. I'm more likely to consider Maita Toyota for future repairs and business due to Bryce's help. What I would change about this experience is 1 thing. My air and cabin filters are checked as part of my visit. If I were told before my appointment, "If necessary do you want your filters replaced?" I would answer yes and gladly pay for them. You guys are already doing the work to check their condition. You could put in the new filter instead of taking the time to put the old filter back in. It keeps you guys moving and keeps customers coming back for more due to establishing some sense of good nature. Charging for this keeps me more open to private shops for major work vs the dealer's service department. Thinking that Toyota's mechanic's can fix my car is something I'd be persuaded to do more if I knew they weren't trying to make money on me. This is the MAIN point. If I think a dealer will charge me more for the smallest thing then why would I trust them for just normal reasonable repair rates? Charging for installation of filters sends the wrong message when you're trying to persuade people to trust you and bring their cars back in for service.

They were able to help us find the car we wanted and the car itself is high quality. We did have some frustrations in the financial/leasing process with long delays (>3h) waiting for the financial office requiring us to return another day. In addition, there seemed to be confusion about current lease end deals being offered on their website that they had a hard time honoring even though we qualified.

Service was fine. Constant emails for surveys afterwards is a nuisance, as well as a word minimum for review.

Very professional, thank you! Had an issue with my alignment after a servicing, they fixed it for free!
