Service doesn't know their butt from their elbow. I made an appointment for a valve adjustment (for a vehicle that I bought from this dealership a little over a year ago). Anyway, they were kinda busy . So the appointment was set for a week and a half out. I was told it would take about 2 hours. The night before the appointment, Celeste from the service department calls me and wants me to leave my car for the day. Why?? Because the previous CSR set the appointment for 3 different services?! WTH?! Ok, we get that straightened out and Celeste still wants me to leave the car for the day?! Now I have already explained to TWO different CSRs that I cannot leave the car for the day! I was told that the appointment setter didn't know that it would take 4-6 hrs. I questioned that and Celeste agreed that it would actually only take two hours to do the adjustment, but it was time consuming as the car had to warm up... I then questioned her about WHY then would the appointment setter tell me otherwise and I was told that it was an outside company, but "she" (Celeste) actually works in the service department. So she "knows" how long it takes... Then she tries to get me a loaner. Again, the whole reason why I set the appointment for when I did was because of my work schedule AND I was told that it could and would be done in TWO HOURS! Not 4-6 hrs with some xx story!! Again, my work schedule does NOT accommodate their false representation ! So, now I have to figure out what to do with the car as it still needs a valve adjustment. If you want to be gaslit and strung along then by all means , use Balise Honda of West Warwick. BUT!! If you want TRUE Service then look elsewhere - you aren't going to get it here!! By the way the CSRs B.S.'d me, I'd be VERY SURPRISED if your car actually gets serviced properly and NOT for added on items. Just don't buy or have your car serviced here! You'll be thick in the mud, word salad and gaslit all over the place!! Nevermind the fact that the appointment was set for a week and a half and they call you at the eleventh hour to change everything. They really shouldn't be in business the way they treat their customers
