This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Jacob was very sweet and patient. Showed us a ton of cars keeping in mind out budget. He shared important parts of his life with us creating a lasting connection with us. He also went above and beyond talking with our finance person, Ali. They came up with a plan to help us (my son and I) get a way better interest rate so we could add some important packages that we would have not been able to afford. AND our payment was still lower than the inital quote!!! They were kind and happy and very attentive to our purchasing needs. This was my son's first experience buy a car or even test driving so he was nervous. Jacob reassured my son during the test drives and talked "teen" to him with started the bonding and connection. WE never felt forced or looked down upon. no negative feelings at any time. The facility was clean and inviting. I definitely recommend Manly Honda for your next car purchase for you or your teen! Manly Honda offered the lowest prices right away, and went above and beyond to make sure I got into the vehicle I wanted. This dealership is awesome. I purchased a 2018 Chevy Suburban and after I drove it a while noticed that the transmission temperature was extremely high. I took it to a transmission shop and they confirmed that the transmission was going out and needed to be replaced. I contacted Scott, who talked to his manager, and even though it had been past the 7 days, told me to return it. No hassle at all. I ended up leaving with a 2022 Honda Pilot with less miles and I felt they gave me a good deal because of the trouble with the Suburban. I would definitely come back and specifically ask for Scott.
