They lied when making financial agreements with me and repo'd my car, during the Covid Pandemic when I've faithfully paid every payment over (2) years and only owed $732 to completely pay the car off. They then tried to shake me down for 70% more of what they pay off amount was and told me that if I didn't pay within 10 days, they'd Auction my car... despite previously agreeing to allow me tp pay it off when I got back in town, in 6 days. They denied the individual who came in to make a good faith payment access to the account and literally towed my car the same day, despite HAVING FULL KNOWLEDGE that I was a truck driver and would not be able to come in person to make the final payoff payment, until 6 days later, when I was back home, off the road!
