Robert went far and above the call of duty to help us secure the exact vehicle we were searching for which wasn't easy. Then, when we found it, he had to personally drive more than 100 miles both ways to secure the car and bring it back to Mark Kia. The deal itself went fine with no surprises. I just want to say after 3 frustrating days working with 2 other employees we contacted sales manager Brian Kelly, and he got us in contact with Angel Vega. of It was a pleasure to work with Brian and Angel. It took Angel 3 hours to get my deal done. He was friendly and knew his stuff. I did the paper work on line and it was fast and easy with the finance department. My son and I drove done to the dealership this morning and we brought the truck home. Thank you Angel, if I ever decide to trade my truck I will definitely come see you. Mark Kia is a beautiful facility very comfortable for buyers to relax and wait for their new vehicles, clean and friendly place.
