I traded a 2017 Titan for a 2025 Frontier on April 22. Was told at the dealership that a payment was not due until June. My current lender took out another payment for the vehicle I traded in. Dealership called and emailed me confirmation of when payment was sent to old lender. They explained everything, now i have to deal with the old lender on the 2017 Titan.
Well the people were great, however, my trade in has not been paid off yet and the new lender has sent payment to the dealership and the dealership was to payoff the loan on my trade in. They haven't done that and the lender for my trade in has already withdrawn another payment.
I had a really smooth and stress-free experience with Newton Nissan South. After totaling my old car, I was honestly overwhelmed, but they helped me get into a new vehicle in just about a day. The whole process felt quick, clear, and surprisingly painless—no pressure, just helpful guidance the entire time. They made a tough situation a lot easier, and I really appreciate how supportive and efficient the team was throughout everything.
