They were so helpful. My agent, Brad Doty, took the time to explain the details about the car we ended up buying, expedited everything possible to make the purchase smooth and easy, helped with my ailing husband, and even welcomed our dog! He even moved everything from our old car to our new one. The financial team helped make payment easy. There were no high pressure sales tactics. Everyone was kind and helpful.
